The iO Italian Osteria is officially my favorite Italian spot in the city; the dining experience here is truly unparalleled. I was immediately drawn to the Carbonara, and I can confidently say it was the absolute best I have ever tasted—rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned 😍 What truly elevates this restaurant, however, is the staff's meticulous care, especially regarding dietary needs. As someone with a severe gluten intolerance, I felt completely safe and catered to, as the waiter walked me through every suitable option. Their attentiveness went above and beyond, ensuring a worry-free and luxurious meal from start to finish. スクンビットにある人気の本格イタリアン。日曜日なのでランチセットはなかったが、アラカルトで色々楽しめた。アクアパッツァにはトムヤンクンのテイストが入っていたり、トマトの色がないトマトパスタ、牛タルタルはハーブの香りが効いて、タイのエッセンスをいれている。Tボーンステーキの肉質も悪くない。デザートのクオリティも高く雰囲気もいいので、イタリアン食べたくなったらおすすめです。 ~ S I

We came for dinner as two families and had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious — every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A special mention goes to Nicholas, the manager, who truly elevated our evening. He was incredibly approachable and attentive, personally taking our order, guiding us through the wine list with great knowledge, and checking in throughout the meal to make sure everything was to our liking. It was perfect. Very nice and cozy ambiente, intelligent and attentive service and the food? -Incredible. I was enjoing dinner with my girlfriend here and the quality and love they put inside their food flattered me. We ordered Burrata and Proschuitto die Parma as a starter, followed by really good wine and homemade bread -a treasure to anybody from Europe visiting thailand and missing good bread. As my main dish i ordered probably the best napolitanian-romanian fusioned pizza of my life. It was perfect from the first to the last bite. Meanwhile i felt recognized and cared from the staff the whole time -experiencing a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. At the end i had a interesting chat with the professional head chef while enjoying my beautiful espresso doppio. An experience i would recommend to anyone who needs a little break from the Thai cuisine and who wants to enjoy a journey to the authentic italy every foodlover admires. Thank you! ~ Nikolai B

Love this place. Really enjoyed the branch at centralworld, however we always felt the letdown was the atmosphere. This one has it's own private house with a nice vibe. Food was very good. Burrata and short rib (a special) were excellent. The lasagne was very good - the last time we had lasagne at the other branch remember it being a bit better. Perhaps recipe changed. The peppers (a special) were nice. Although slightly bitter to our taste. Service was excellent. Very attentive staff and the person who seemed in charge (Alex) was very warm and friendly. Had such a wonderful dining experience at iO Italian Osteria (Sukhumvit 31). The concept of travelling through different regions of Italy through food is really unique and beautifully executed. The restaurant is spacious, beautifully decorated with photos of Italy, and has a very warm and authentic atmosphere. Even the lighting and overall vibe make it perfect for a relaxed dining experience. We started with the Burrata from Puglia …fresh, creamy and delicious. Then we tried the Tagliolini with prawns from Liguria, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The IO Special Calzone from Naples was huge and great for sharing. We ended with the tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet finish. The owner is from Naples and her daughter is from Rome, and you can really feel the authenticity in the food and service. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable considering the premium ingredients and quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Italian food in Bangkok. We came here to specifically try spaghetti carbonara ;) as mom wanted to try authentic Italian pasta. We did the right choice. Had pasta carbonara, lasagna and pasta vongole. Starters were good too, had carpaccio and parmigiana. Fresh and tasty. Good list of wine. Deserts were fantastic: tiramisu, chocolate lava and apple strudel. All gone in minutes. The hostess was very welcoming and did great job with recommendations. We all enjoyed our time there. Coming back for pizzas next! ~ Rustam U

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to in all my travels (except maybe Italy!). The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful. We sat on the outdoor terrace in a beautiful garden that was all perfectly illuminated at night, the service was impeccable and attentive. We had an eggplant parmesan, a pesto linguine and a caccio pepe and then a wonderful dessert. The pastas were fresh and prepared perfectly al dente. The sauces were delicious. Wow, just wow! We were transported straight to Italy with the incredible food and vibrant atmosphere! Every bite was a delight. We had : burrata- was very good, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the Parmigiano—simply divine. Anna is a kind soul with 20+ years running her own Italian restaurants dedicated to delicious Italian foods in a beautiful setting. Reasonable and delicious lunch weekday set for 470thb+. Desserts are delicious as well. Anna is a blessing to making everyday classics with a modern and fine twist, that reasonable. Recommended by my Italian friend. A very pretty restaurant with friendly staff. I’m sure the food is authentic – the seasoning is lighter than I’m used to, but it really lets the fresh, premium ingredients shine. Had a lovely evening overall. My only small disappointment was the steak: at a 1,500 THB price point, I was hoping for a juicier cut. It was cooked to my preferred level of doneness, but a bit on the dry side. ~ N S

We have been coming to IO for many years, and visited all branches. This is without doubt my favorite. A classic Thai home with a beautiful garden converted to an Italian-Thai fusion oasis. Home made pasta’s, fire oven pizza’s, all the classics, fabulous wine pairing and the best host / master chef (Anna) that you could imagine. 🍕🍝🍷🍧 Parking on site available up to 8 cars. ~ DJ

This restaurant has no equal in this area. From the welcoming staff, casual environment, extensive menu (both drinks and food) and quality of food, our lunch was superb. The barramundi that I ordered was outstanding and surpassed every other experience of ordering this fish; exceptional! This restaurant equally suits a special dinner or relaxed lunch with friends and family. ~ Joy L
